We welcome riders aged 6 and up for most rides. For younger children, we recommend stable visits or special arrangements.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suited to the weather, sturdy closed-toe shoes, and gloves if it’s cold. Dressing in layers is ideal for Iceland’s unpredictable weather.

Our trusty horses are well-suited for a wide range of riders, making our experiences accessible to many. For those new to riding or seeking a calm and beautiful journey, our waterfall ride is perfect—suitable for beginners, kids, and those feeling a bit unsure, as well as experienced riders who enjoy a relaxed pace.

For our beach and mountain rides, which are 2 and 3 hours long respectively, some prior riding experience is recommended. These rides include sections where we pick up the pace, so a basic level of comfort and confidence in the saddle is important.

Certainly! We love midnight rides, and in this stunning location? It’s an unforgettable experience!

The only thing we need to consider is the tide. To reach Kirkjufell, we ride over a beach that only appears at low tide, which adds to the unique charm of this adventure.
